Shown here is Esco's ProfileMatic III (PM III) processing a block of extruded polystyrene (XPS).The Foam CNC wire saw is an abrasive saw test cutting a block which was fabricated by glueing four boards of insulation together. The glue joints are difficult to cut but using Esco's proprietary software EscoDraw Pro the machine is able to detect the glue joint lines and effectively and accurately process the fabricated billet of XPS.
