食材 Ingredients:
🔹五花肉 Pork Belly (350g)
🔹蒜蓉 Minced Garlic (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹南乳汁 Fermented Red Bean Curd Sauce
🔹糖 Sugar (1茶匙/tsp)
🔹少许胡椒粉 a little of White Pepper
🔹绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹小蛋 Small Egg (1)
🔹厨师炸粉 Chef's Frying Powder (3汤匙/tbsp)
