Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of sweet milk
1/2 cup of milk of your choice fat free or 2%
2 tsp. of vanilla
Half cup of sugar
First you caramelized the sugar on low heat, once it's all liquefied pour it in an 8'' pan it's about a serving for four
Beat the yolks first together, during the mix add in the three types of milk one by one, add the egg whites and 2 tsp. of vanilla you place a custard cup in the Vita Clay, pour water a little over the edge of custard cup, you can also use a cookie cutter if you don't have a custard cup as long as the pan is not touching the bottom. You close the lid and set it for an hour. Once it done, cool it off, and refrigerate it until its cold, turn in upside down, and add some whip cream, and there you go is that easy!
