In this video, I show how Nonprofits should be using the Classes feature in Quickbooks.
▶️Some Nonprofits use the Classes feature to track grants. In my opinion, this is not the best way to use Classes.
▶️Classes should be used to track programs/services. It should be used to track all Administrative, Fundraising, and Programmatic type transactions.
▶️Using Classes this way will enable you to easily see how well each service line is doing.
