Powerful Kona Storm Continues to Bring Flooding to Parts of Hawaii | Hawaii Weather Update

Описание: Hawaii Weather - The impacts from the Kona Storm have started to shift eastward, bringing damaging winds and flashing flooding to Maui and Hawaii Island.

FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS are currently in effect for the island of Molokai, Maui, and Hawaii Island.

A HIGH WIND WARNING is currently in effect for Maui County and the Big Island. A Wind Advisory remains in effect for the western half of the state.

Conditions are expected to improve during the first few days of the work week, but another storm system may be on the way.

Heavy rain, damaging winds, and thunderstorms all remain possible for Maui County and Hawaii Island into Saturday night and Sunday.
