Proctor Jack Benny acted as Tostmaster and the members of the dais were Eddie Cantor, Danny Kaye, Samuel Goldwyn, George Burns, Pat O'Brien, Louis B. Mayer, Bob Hope, Lt. Gov. Goodwin Knight and Mayer Fletcher Bowron of Los Angeles and Al Jolson who will sing a couple of songs..
