This model is upgraded no need water purification system. It's higher efficacy, better performance for getting good quality final output charcoal( can produce biochar too), also much less maintainance work needed, and longer service lifespan design.

Basic information:
1) Size: Drum can be φ1.2m, φ1.5m Diameter. Length is 11m.
2) Land area needed: 13m long, 6m wide, 9m height.( not includes worker and materials area).
3) Capacity: input rated 2500-3500kg/h, output 600-1100kg/h.
4) Motor needed: 38kw.
5) No emmission, all smoke directly burned as heating fuel. So no by-product can be collected.
6) Good at processing biomas materials. The final product is charcoal| biochar. Can be used to supply high quality activated carbon and fertilizer raw materials.
