This three bedroom apartment was recently vacuumed with a Shark Navigator by the tenant before vacating, so the carpets were fairly clean.
We did this video during a carpet cleaning session to get the carpets ready for new tenants.
This video is shown to see how long a fairly clean carpet takes to pre-vacuum, using overlapping passes from multiple directions (which is the standard for carpet cleaning companies to do, though most don't bother).
The end result is to make the carpets as clean as possible before putting pre-spray or other liquids down and creating a slurry that then has to be removed. It is best to remove as much as can be first with a good vacuuming.
At the end we show the contents of the shake out bag, and the final result after the carpet cleaning (which is not shown) is finished.
