Your chest is great muscle group to build and develop with the help of resistance bands. In this video I will show you how you should build all areas of your chest muscles using the torroband resistance band. You do not need to use weights. I’ve done correctly all you need is about 20 minutes of your time. How you build chest: create high tension, do 4-8 reps, do 4 sets. Additionally to build your pecs you must eat protein. Get yourself some resistance bands and let’s build your chest.
