Trooper's Report:
I was patrolling Interstate 440 West at mile marker 3. I observed a white Chrysler 300 travelling without a proper license plate
light and expired tags. I got behind the suspect vehicle, and we took exit 1 westbound on Interstate 440. The suspect vehicle
was travelling at high rates of speed and ran a stop sign. I attempted to stop the vehicle by activating my emergency lights and
siren, but the vehicle fled.
The vehicle reached speeds over 100 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. The suspect went into oncoming traffic and continued speeding.
The suspect crashed his vehicle (202602017ASP) near Springer BLVD and Gillam Park Road.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was later identified as Jordan Ivy. Ivy's crash caused significant front-
end damage to a stationary 18-wheeler truck. It was later discovered that Ivy's vehicle did not have insurance.
Ivy was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock for medical clearance. Ivy was medically cleared and transported to
the Pulaski County Jail without further incident.
