After approx 20 shots and retractions with my brand new NECA 1989 Batman Grapnel launcher, something happened inside the casing which stopped the toy from retracting the string.
After many sleepless nights, I decided to reverse engineer Batman's Spear Gun! Something I've always wanted to do!
