Sidewinder is one of the more difficult legendary fish to catch given its size and tendency to occupy larger bodies of water with great depth. For this week, I opted to go with jigging for my technique, utilizing a 4/0 jig head and 4/0 Worm as the lure. I cast all around the boat at the target location (thanks to The Angler Discord for the location: / discord , letting the worm sink and jigging on the bottom. At times I'd reel for a bit and then go back to just jigging. You don't have to be actively reeling to catch Sidewinder while jigging. You can, but you don't have to be. You'll need patience for this one as it can take quite a bit of time to hook into his legendary Lake Trout. It will also take great gear, unless you're a highly skilled angler.
