This etude carries you through many emotions, the main theme, I would say, is anxiety. Everything circles around it in this piece, building up to many bursts of despair, leaving the listener questioning what the composer was going through.
I loved putting the time in learning this, i remember it took me ~1 week to fully memorize it, and more to understand underlying emotions and conveying them.
This video was taken in 2023, at Romania's instrument Olympiad that took place in the city Craiova.
