How to Introduce Your New Bird To Your Current Bird

Описание: Hello everyone! As some of you may know we got a new baby bird, Mango! We got her a 2 months old but since I took forever to make this video she Is almost 3 months old! She and Kiwi have bonded incredibly and shared food, fly around the house together, but still have to watch them as they have their feisty moments.

Hope this video helps a bit on how to introduce your birds to each other and do remember to follow protocol unless you have a unique situation like ours. Since Mango and Kiwi have bonded as mates it has made this process much easier.

MAKE SURE THE SECOND BIRD YOU GET IS A GOOD MATCH WITH YOUR BIRD SPECIES IF ITS NOT THE SAME SPECIES

Here is a list of good matches together:

Cockatiel-Cockatiel, Budgies, Parakeets, Lorikeets, Scarlet-chested, Princess, Turquoise, King and Bourke parrots

Conures: Conures, Quaker parrots, cockatiel

Lovebirds: Lovebirds

NOTE: Choose a bird that is around the same size and keep in mind how calm or aggressive each of their personalities are. If you get them both as babies its possible to raise almost any bird together but when they hit puberty they could change towards each other.
