Panama City Beach Snorkel | The Jetties Teeming With Life!

Описание: My first time snorkeling in Panama City Beach Florida! I had wanted to visit the jetties at St. Andrews State Park all year and finally made my first visit last Sunday with my son-in-law Jamie. Being late in the season the tides are not playing nice and this morning high tide was at 10:13 AM, but low tide was at 04:30 PM. By the time we got in the water at about 09:30 AM the tide had already started going out and visibility became murky. I was worried that a lot of the footage I was getting would be hidden by the haze of the out going tide, but I was pleasantly surprised that much of the footage came out great with a little help from GoPro Studio. This is by far my favorite place to snorkel on the Gulf Coast due to the abundant sea life including tropical fish, crustaceans, coral, and sea vegetation. If there is a location that comes close to feeling like the Caribbean... this is it. I can only imagine what it would be like on a day when high tide stays in all day and the water is clearer. Even ran into a couple of land dwelling creatures (Raccoons)!

I was disappointed that I had inadvertently filmed in 30fps because I like to film ocean footage in 60fsp, then slow it down so it is smooth, but with the help of the "flux" feature in GoPro Studio, I was able to salvage my mistake for the most part.
