We proudly present the next Dismal Fate Records release (DFR 028) from the USA, here is BODYBAG with their second demo "Severed Existence" from 1993.

From The Northwest depths of Portland, Oregon comes the area’s most prominent display of death metal carnage. Bodybag’s original grind-core style has started an uprising of hungry followers. Since their birth in May of 1991, they have managed to turn heads with the 1993 release of Severed Existence, recorded in an abandon building from a mobile recording truck. No sound proofing just bare walls.. Severed Existence has earned rave underground’ zine reviews as well as features in notable NW area publications.
They played in support of death metal legends Morbid Angel, as well as Suffocation and Dismember. BodyBag has even opened for a lighter side of their niche with "The Organization" (formally Death Angel) tour and have been asked to support acts such as Fear factory and Entombed.
With the local success of BodyBag’s brutal judgment, there will be only few left, and on top of the lifeless pile of long forgotten corpses, there will be only one sanctuary… BodyBag.
