Delhi CNG prices have risen by Rs 3.89 per kg to Rs 86.98 from August 29, as IGL increased rates across all its geographical areas from 6 am amid the ongoing Middle East crisis.

A massive flash flood near the Nepal-Tibet border has killed more than 150 people and left hundreds missing, including over 130 Indians. Rasuwa and Dhading were among the worst-hit areas, with roads, bridges and hydropower projects damaged. Nepal has launched rescue operations, while India is providing assistance. Bihar is also on high alert.
Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar said he goes for a Rs 50 haircut and prefers to lead a simple life. He made the remarks while speaking at the India Today Roundtable Karnataka, his first interview since taking charge as chief minister. The BJP levelled hypocrisy allegations, citing his assets worth Rs 1,400 crore.
