My first CES and my 2nd enduro race.
The course was 4 stages:
1st Stage: Eastside 0:00
2nd Stage: Confluence 4:33
3rd Stage: Culvert 9:32
4th Stage: Stonewall/Rocky 14:28
I learned a lot from the Exchequer Enduro back in April and I was stoked to get back to it again.
I had been following a workout plan created by my buddy Aaron MacIntyre and it helped a lot!
Enduro racing is both physical and mental, so its important your body is able to take the strain you're going to sustain during the race.
With my crash setting me back about a minute or so, I ended up in 13th place overall. Obviously not the finish I had hoped for but overall I rode so much better than I did at my first enduro and I am extremely stoked about that.
