Seated Incline Dumbbell Curls are a bicep isolation exercise that places the biceps under a deep stretch, increasing muscle activation and time under tension. This exercise is excellent for building bicep size and improving peak contraction.

How to Perform:
Set an incline bench to a slight angle and sit back with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging down at your sides. Curl the dumbbells upward while keeping your elbows back and stationary. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position under control.
Form Tips:
Keep your shoulders pinned back against the bench.
Avoid letting your elbows drift forward during the curl.
Focus on a slow, controlled lowering phase for maximum muscle engagement.
