It's important to be able to touch and feel the wood under your home during an inspection for crawl space foundation leveling. Sometimes wood can look not too bad and then you touch it and it literally falls apart in your hand. This video is one of the worst cases of dry rot I have ever seen and clearly shows how this wood is failing to properly support the home. #timeforfoundationrepair
