This song was one of three encores that we played while dismantling the small system, i.e. without amplification. Many years, many tears. On 22nd June 2002 we played together for the last time as "Amfilada Music". After that, nothing really happened anymore, as everyone went off to make music elsewhere or not. Personally, we stayed in touch and we still see and hear each other from time to time when time and "mobility" allow. Henner, the saxophonist, has not lived in Marburg for a long time. Jean-Marc died in 2018. Joe still lives in Marburg, but is no longer musically active. Reiner and I are still on the road musically. In 2002, we had been playing together for exactly twenty years, with the occasional longer break between gigs.

Dieser Song gehörte zu drei Zugaben, die wir beim Abbauen der kleinen Anlage spielten, also unverstärkt. Viele Jahre, viele Tränen. Am 22.06.2002 spielten wir das letzte Mal zusammen als „Amfilada Music“. Danach passierte eigentlich nichts mehr, da jeder wo anders musizierte oder auch nicht. Persönlich blieb der Kontakt weiterhin bestehen und wir sehen und hören uns auch jetzt noch ab und zu, wenn es die Zeit und „Beweglichkeit“ zulässt. Henner, der Saxophonist wohnt schon lange nicht mehr in Marburg. Jean-Marc ist 2018 gestorben. Joe lebt noch in Marburg, ist musikalisch aber nicht mehr aktiv. Reiner und ich sind immer noch musikalisch unterwegs. Im Jahr 2002 hatten wir genau zwanzig Jahre zusammen gespielt, wobei ab und an einmal eine etwas längere Pause zwischen den Auftritten lag.
