A new study out of Cambridge University estimates that we could avoid 10% of all premature deaths if everyone got just half of the recommended level of exercise per week. This is like a daily walk of 11 minutes or a brisk walk of just over 7 minutes. Double the exercise time consistently and reduce your risk of death by over 20%.
