Описание: People often ask me questions about how to eat healthier. I know what feels good for my body and what works for me, but I don't have any training or special expertise when it comes to food or nutrition, so I decided to do a little investigating for y'all!!

First, I discovered which grocery items are purchased the most in the United States, and tried to buy them as healthy as possible. Then I sought out the help of an expert to tell me if I succeeded at all and to teach us a thing or two about how we can be better at taking care of our bodies.

Sugar is in so much of our food, and the labels can be very deceptive. Read carefully!
Eating a SAD, CRAPPY diet can lead to Leaky Gut Syndrome and inflammation in the body.
Wherever you're at with your health right now, just start by making small swaps in your daily life. If you're at 40% clean choices, aim for 50%, then 60%, and so on. Those small changes are cumulative and if you keep making them, you will see the difference!
