From the very beginning, the class is pushed into nonstop drills with the famous command: “Go hard or go home!” Students are forced to run, exercise, and push themselves while Power Mike shouts encouragement that slowly turns into pure pressure. Some try their best, some completely give up, and one student even decides that “going home” is the better option.

Things get even funnier during the weight-checking session, where students step on the scale and receive brutally honest (and ridiculous) commentary about their weight, what they eat, and whether they even eat at all. The reactions, excuses, and arguments make the situation even more chaotic.

Soon the intense training spreads across the entire school — students, teachers, and staff are all caught in Power Mike’s extreme fitness mission. Between the shouting, the exhaustion, and the dramatic reactions from the class, the so-called health program becomes one of the most ridiculous moments in Worst Class.
