Hey guys. I wa able to get part of a workout filmed for you. I wasn't able to get everything. This was one of my "accessory" upper body days. Try it out if you'd like. Here it is below:
Push-up (warmup)
50 reps (I did 5 sets of 10 reps) 1 minute rest between sets
Flat Bench Press (Progressive Set - first three sets, you'll increase the weight until you get around 6 - 8 reps. Take a minute and a Half rest and then go backwards)
• 15 reps
• 12 reps
• 6 - 8 reps
rest
• 6 - 8 reps
• 12 reps
• 15 reps
Pec Dec
4 sets 12 - 15 reps
Lying Back Row
4 Sets 12 - 15 reps
Wide-Grip Pull-down (not filmed)
4 sets 12 - 15 reps
TRI-SET (Do all exercises one after the other)
Seated DB Press
Cable Side Lateral
BB Shrug
4 sets 12 - 15 reps
SUPER SET (Do all exercises one after the other)
Machine Preacher Curl
DB Kickback
4 sets 12 - 15 reps
