I have learned that the same exact principles that are used in project manager apply to the Entrepreneurial life, in reality everything goes by the triple constraint.

The scope of a project can change its entity, and what you are suppose to accomplish is constantly changing. Sometimes you will sacrifice what is done at the end because you didn't have the time or the money..

In order to have high quality project you have to have an even balance of the triple constraint. You have to make sure that you have adequate time for you project, you need to make sure you have the adequate budgetary and you make sure that your scope is solid. If you don't have a solid scope it messes up your time, which can also mess up your money.
