1 Spoon Cream
Dry fruits (optional)
We usually bring a ready made dabba of Shrikhand from a shop. It is just a mixture of hung curd and sugar , with some flavourings. Want to make Shrikhand next day just keep some curd hung in a cloth a night before . Mix some sugar and flavours and fresh mithai is ready at home as per your taste of sweetness( store bought usually has more sugar) .
