- 50 GAME SPEED, SUPERSTAR DEFAULT.

- Adjustments made to make up for pass speed being at 0

SLIDER ADJUSTMENTS


CPU SHOOTING:
- Reduced so that the AI can shoot a lower percentage. These sliders were made without caring about high shooting percentages, I really cared more about HOW the AI was scoring and attacking.


SHOOTING:
Subjective, The AI takes advantage of the momentum in this game so you kind of have to bump up shooting or use more time outs.


DUNK IN TRAFFIC SUCCESS:
- I was missing a lot at the time, but I turned up the dunking ability slider. It helped with making alley-oops as well.


PASS ACCURACY:
- Up to 100 to help with the fact that pass speed is now at 0.


BALL SECURITY:
- The ball is more loose. I tried to make the ball a bit more unpredictable. Pass accuracy, pass speed, ball security helps with the way the ball behaves naturally and unnaturally in this game.


PASS SPEED:
- I really wanted the ball at one type of speed because it helps the animations play out more correctly and much smoother. I noticed in past NBA 2K games, there were no pass accuracy slider, so I kind of stole that method from previous games. Do not make long passes because they will get picked off.


DEFENSE SLIDERS:
These sliders reduce a lot of the sticking. Although the 2-man animations can be overpowered at times, you still have some freedom. I try to make up the difference with other sliders.



ATTRIBUTES


STAMINA:
- Helps with creating restrictions on over powered moves, reduced so that if the ball handler or defender gets bumped a lot, they can’t spam moves.


HUSTLE:
- Helps with the speed to acceleration animations to be more smooth



BALL

HANDLING:
- Helps with overall ball handling animations. Sometimes centres will bring the ball up, but just apply pressure and they will pass the ball.



HANDS:
MORE deflections, and getting hands on the ball.


DUNKING ABILITY:
- TURN THIS UP from 50 to help with lob timing and regular dunks in general. You miss a lot of dunks with the stick with these sliders. No higher than 70 though.


BLOCKING:
Bumped up to make up for reduction in defense sliders. Taller players will get blocks, smaller players will struggle with contests at the rim.


TENDENCIES USER:
- You can turn up PLAY PASSING LANES to 100. 2K reset these sliders for some reason in my save. On-ball steals just gives the AI more momentum so turn that down.

FOULS:
Turn down, helps with movements, fouls will still be called in the game, especially if you reach in.



MOVEMENT - IMPORTANT:

SPEED MAX AND MIN: Helps with upper body animations speeds


ACCELERATION MAX AND MIN: Helps more with foot planting animations


SPEED MIN should be bumped up to help reduce some of the stuttery animations that occur in the game.


The combination of changes help with moving more fluid around the court. I’ve never tried these changes below 50 games speed.
