McGill University has launched the Nkabom Collaborative, a 10-year partnership with seven Ghanaian institutions and the Mastercard Foundation that aims to empower young people in Ghana and strengthen employment opportunities in the agri-food sector. Meaning “togetherness” in Akan, Nkabom focuses on experiential learning, innovation, and support for youth, especially women and marginalized groups.
