🍆 INGREDIENTS (FULL RECIPE)
For the eggplants:
• 2 eggplants
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Olive oil
For the filling:
• ½ onion
• 1 baguette, sliced
• ¾ cup (180 ml) of milk
• 1 clove of garlic
• 7 oz (200 g) of ground meat
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
• 15 mini mozzarella balls
• Olive oil
• Breadcrumbs
Finishing:
• Parsley
Preparation steps:
• Salt the eggplants and let them sit for 15 minutes
• Soak the baguette slices in milk for 10 minutes
• Fill, assemble, and top with mozzarella
• Bake at 360 °F (180 °C) for 35 minutes until golden and perfectly cooked
