Sound of the Saints from our backyard bluegrass mini concert the end of April 2024. Our friend ‪@TreyStumpff‬ joins us on cajon and he does a great job!
Delays in posting as we had a tornado that went right over our neighborhood-the Barnsdall/Bartlesville Oklahoma tornado on Monday May 6, 2024. So, we are safe but did have to take cover, our power was knocked out and as we heard the rushing sound getting louder, our ears plugged/felt pressure, and our front door blew/or sucked open. We came out safe, our home safe but power remained out and lots of big tree damage in our yard and throughout our neighborhood, some was quite extensive, with one tree falling right into one family's bedroom, we heard, just minutes after one individual got out of the bed to get to a safer place.

We continued to be without power for two days and have just been catching up, cleaning up the tree debris in our yard etc. The whole ordeal was frightening and the closest we've been to a tornado that we're aware of.

Our prayers go out to the community of Barnsdall and especially to the family who did lose a loved one in the tornado. Also, we're aware of MANY torandoes across our nation this past week with fatalities and injuries(Nebraska, Oklahoma, Michigan and several others I'll try to update) and our prayers go up to the Lord for those communities involved and for the families and friends who lost loved ones and for those who sustained injuries and for those who lost their homes and belongings.

We watched our neighborhood come together, cleaning up together, loaning chainsaws, tools and more to each other, friends letting us charge phones and computers at their home, one family coming from Kansas and bringing us a generator and pitching in to cut trees up and clean up with us on day 1. Also, a local tree service pitched in and helped with our downed trees as well as our neighbors' trees. Today is day 5 and Randy(the Pearlgrace Dad) is still working on some trees in the backyard that have dangerous 'hangers'.

This special song is about the followers of Jesus singing praises to our LORD GOD almighty! WE do praise HIM even in terrible storms, uncontrollable circumstances and even in death and tragedy.

We also then learned of a young couple who are friends of ours and who are followers of Christ, who had their little infant son pass away this week; our hearts break for them and we've felt too sad to post. We are grieving with them and lifting them up to the Lord; alas, we decided we would post this song from the recent, happy, backyard concert from the end of April 2024.

Our channel is committed to providing family friendly, wholesome music and content in order to be a blessing and to bring glory our our Heavenly Father, the maker of Heaven and Earth!
