In Adobe's newest Lightroom update, Lightroom CC 2015.5 and Lightroom 6.5, along with the usual new camera support and bug fixes, they've made a change to the Develop Module and added a new feature, Guided Upright to aid in perspective correction.

The Lens Correction Panel has been split into two panels, Lens Corrections and a new one called Transform. Here in the Lens Correction Panel you can see that now it just has the Remove Chromatic Aberration and Enable Profile Corrections options on the Profile Tab and on Manual there are the tools to correct lens distortion, color fringing and vignetting.

So let's go to the new Transform Panel and that's where you'll see the Upright and manual transformation sliders that used to be in the Lens Correction Panel.

This is for all users, both Creative Cloud subscribers and Lightroom 6 owners. But for Lightroom CC subscribers only there is also a new Guided Upright option and that's what I'm going to show you now.
