Damasko DC56 Chronograph Pilot Watch
The DC56 series are discreet, elegant 40mm chronographs powered by the Swiss Valjoux 7750 movement with a 60-minute stopwatch and a 12-hour totalizer function. Developed in 1973, the tried and tested Valjoux 7750 is a high precision movement built into watches to this day and is among the most successful modern mechanical chronograph calibres in Swiss watch history.
The DC56's bead-blasted case is made from Damakso's special patented ice-hardened nickel-free stainless steel. This steel offers good corrosion resistance, and can be tempered up to 64 HRC/800Vickers which is four times the hardness of every other steel currently used in the watch industry. And this ice-hardened steel is used for the entire case, bezel, crown and pushers.
