Produced in a hybrid global collaboration, this documentary film unites 25 creatives and changemakers with four grassroots, community-led organisations:

Al-Malath Charitable Society for Youth with Intellectual Disabilities, Palestine.
Vietnam Dance/Movement Therapy, Vietnam
Friends Advocacy for Mental Health Initiative (FAMHI), Nigeria
Corporación LBT Raras no tan Raras, Colombia

It captures how music, movement, and community power is reshaping mental health support.
