Materials
(1) `14 inch wreath frame (Dollar Tree)
(18) pipe cleaners ( few extra for sign)
Cardinal sign (Craft Outlet)
10 inch deco mesh two rolls (Hobby Lobby) (I used two colors)
ribbon (18 pair)
ribbon for bows
cardinal birds (optional)
essentials...rotary cutter, scissors, glue gun, etc.
