One of the best food here in korea is Bossam. Bossam is a traditional Korean recipe because it's delicious and when we boiled we put some ingredients to make the taste good an the meat become tender. Bossam also known mostly when the koream make kimchi, while making kimchi they boiled the Pork andd they eating with the new kimchi they made When you heard the word Bossam, it means the Pork wrap with vegetables and kimchi with spicy chilli and garlic
