In this new Gilmour Theory episode we'll approach the guitar tone for Scattered solos, from David Gilmour's new album "Luck and Strange".
The tone building for these solos is not hard to get, but it needs precision especially in compression, gain staging and tone eq.
Getting older, David tends to play a lot with the tremolo arm in his hand, more than before. This is important for all his tones, in particular from 2016.
