Recipe for 20cm x 7cm tin:
250g cream cheese
60g unsalted butter
6 egg yolk (110g)
120g sugar (60g for cream cheese, 60 for egg white)
100ml milk
60g cake flour
20g corn flour
salt
6 egg white (250g)
1tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven at 200 celsius, bake first 30 minutes at 200 celsius, then reduce the heat to 140 celsius for another 30 minutes.
after that switch off oven and slightly open the door, and keep the cake inside the oven for another 30 minutes...

Resep untuk ukuran loyang 20cm x 7cm
250g cream cheese
60g mentega/butter tawar
6 kuning telur (110g)
120g gula (60g untuk cream cheese, 60g untuk putih telur)
100ml susu cair
60g tepung kue
20g maizena
garam
6 putih telur (250g)
1sdt lemon
Preheat oven at 200 celsius, panggang 30 menit pertama suhu 200 derajat, lalu turunkan ke 140 derajat untuk 30 menit lagi. setelah itu matikan oven, buka tutup oven sedikit, dan biarkan kue di dalam selama 30 menit.
