Submarine is a special Boat which you can get from Dr. Glimmerfin at the Submarine Depot. You will find the Submarine Depot near the Oil Rig in East direction from the Roslit Bay Island.

Find & talk to the Dr Glimmerfin at the Submarine Depot to begin the Submarine Quest & get the Drill. The drill is used to break the obsidian rocks on Roslit Bay to get 5 different parts of the Submarine.

Fortunately, due to a bug, the obsidian rocks are not spawning. So you will have to use a code to get the parts instantly. To use the Code to get Submarine Parts, you must open your Menu & scroll down to find the Redeem Code Box.

Type the code "TEMPORARYSUBMARINE" & hit enter to redeem it in order to get the Submarine Parts. The Submarine Parts will be automatically added to your inventory after using the Code.

Now look for parts in your inventory namely, "Submarine Top, Back Fins, Side Fins, Metal Panel & Window". Add these Submarine Parts to your inventory so they can be equipped easily to the Submarine.

Talk to the Dr. Glimmerfin again & he will ask you to equip these parts to the Submarine hanging nearby. Just go near the hanging Submarine with parts in your hand & press 'E' on your Keyboard or 'X' on your console & the parts will begin to be added to the hanging Submarine automatically.

Furthermore, you can equip these parts to the Submarine in any order you like. Once you have equipped all the 5 parts to the hanging Submarine, talk to the Dr. Glimmerfin again to spawn the Submarine. Furthermore, you can ask any Shipwright NPC to spawn the Submarine for you once you have obtained it.

You can enter the submarine by opening the hatch on top of it & then sit on the seat where your name appears in order to control the Submarine. Furthermore, in order to see inside Submarine, you must switch to the 1st Person View.
