—There will be a bit of a line, we waited 30 minutes to get in and we arrived within an hour of opening (11am)
—I recommend getting there close to opening because popular styles, colours, and sizes sell out fast
—First floor has most of the styles, you are free to pick them up and try them on
—There is a second floor with more numero dix and accessories
—Sales associates are there if you have questions but don’t really get involved until the purchasing step
—Once you’ve picked your bag, let the SA know and you’ll be brought out a new one and do a quality check
Such a fun experience for Polene lovers! All of the associates speak English because so many guests are from overseas.
