With Rancho dropping the support and supply of the 4 inch lift kit there aren’t a lot of options available for off the shelf lifts.
Torsion key lift kits marketed as a viable lift can be an absolute waste of money if you are only intending to lift to the factory maximum of 23.5 inches measured from centre of hub to under the fender opening.
This limit is due to the maximum amount of angle the CV joints are capable of running.
The factory lift keys are more then capable of lifting to this limit. So many will that you have wasted your money if you bought a lift key setup. While this is true if only going to factory hight they do in fact have a use when you want to go higher than what the factory torsion keys allow you to crank. To go past the factory limit you will need to correct the CV drive shaft angles. I will show you how to do that and allow you to lift your H3 Hummer past the factory limit.
