Описание: Just like VC and SA, Having all safehouses is one thing required for 100%. With some being unlocked through the progression of the story mode. However, one safehouse in particular is not unlocked through story and cannot be brought as well, The Star Plaza Hotel Suite. To obtain it, you must win it from "I'm Rich" Scratch Card, Which is what I do in this video. You need three safehouse icons to appear at a card, Which can take time and some good money. So you must have at least a $500 to buy the cards. Eventually you will the safehouse, and will be one thing from 100% completion out of the way.
