Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) has suggested that employers should pay an extra levy to pay for the training of their workers.
“One thing we do know is the ACTU today suggested that all employers should pay an extra levy, an extra tax to basically pay for the training of their workers,” Mr Greenwood told Sky News host Steve Price.
“Now that was dismissed pretty vigorously, according to all the reports we’ve seen inside that room.”
