new NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) off-ramp directly to NAIA Terminal 3 (T3) is now operational, specifically designed to bypass the congested Andrews Avenue–Newport area. Located beside the Savoy Hotel, this ramp features a new toll plaza and terminates near the former Circulo del Mundo rotunda. This development, part of the San Miguel Corporation project, provides faster access from Skyway Stage 3 and NLEX.
