This piece of music is simply known as "Intro". It's one of the most iconic guitar solo pieces I've watched. It also seems improvised in lots of sections and I've only ever heard it played once, and that once is on the Gary Moore - Live Blues video at the Town and Country Club, London. The performance was on the 11th of November 1992.
