Standing at 182m (597ft) with a total height of 240m including base, Statue of Unity located along the banks of river Narmada in Gujarat - India is the tallest statue in the world by far. It is dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played a leading role in the country's struggle for independence and guided its integration into a united, independent nation.
