Crockpot Pepper Steak- Asian Food at Home- Crocktober 2023

Описание: It's Crocktober! I am making Pepper Steak, one of my husband's favorite Asian takeout dishes that I have been able to learn to make at home in my Crockpot. It is super quick, super easy, and much cheaper than eating out!

Here's the recipe:
Crockpot Pepper Steak
1 lb steak strips
1 large onion, chopped
1 large pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup water
2 tsp beef better than bouillon (or 2 beef bouillon cubes crushed)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
Place beef, chopped onion, and chopped pepper in crockpot. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce. Pour sauce in crockpot. Cook on high for three hours. Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
