UPDATES (from Open Beta):
The legendary fishing pole is now legendary. It is finally at a place where we can call them the best poles in the game.
There is now a small chance of obtaining uncommon fish from secret hotspots.
The chance to pull up a treasure chest from a secret hotspot has been reduced to about 16-20%. This is a result of the small chance for uncommon fish added to the loot table.
