This battle you can recruit Pang De by keeping all of the Hojo officers alive long enough to defeat the 5 officers attacking them. After one of them says they'll fight till the end it doesn't really matter if they get defeated after that, Pang De will still join you at the end so long as it says he's moved by the Hojo or something like that.
Also switched out Yoshihiro for Yukimura. He's a tec type but his R1 is powerful enough to be a power type R1. It's a bit unwieldy though.
