This practice is designed for busy women who want to start their morning with intention — not intensity. No warmup needed, no special equipment, and every pose is done lying down. You'll move through a gentle sequence of long-held shapes that target the areas where most of us hold the most tension: the hips, spine, and backs of the legs.

1:45 5 Point Star — opens chest and inner thighs, creates full-body space
3:45 Banana Pose Right — deep side body and rib stretch
5:45 Banana Pose Left — releases the opposite side body and hip
7:45 Supine Pigeon / Figure 4 Right — targets outer hip and glutes
9:45 Supine Pigeon / Figure 4 Left — releases tension stored in the left hip
11:45 Spinal Twist Right — wrings out the spine, relieves low back tension
